The summer I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington I was fortunate enough to ride along on a trip to Alaska. My father had just retired from the USCG and he was helping a work friend drive a truck back to his home of Kodiak, Alaska. It was a long ride that took us through many beautiful parts of North America. We drove through the midwest to Wyoming where we stayed a few nights with my Aunt and Uncle. We continued North entering Canada through Montana, and traveling up to Alaska through Alberta, British Columbia and The Yukon Territory. I documented the trip with my Panasonic PV-GS320 miniDV camcorder. These shots are still images taken from the camera. The photo quality is pretty low with this camera, but it allowed me to take more photos without worrying about the cost of film development.
